God’s timing is perfect even if we think it isn't. Do you need to pray right now for the miracle touch of Jesus to bring back to life that which you thought was dead?

Read Luke 8:49-56

When Jesus eventually gets to the house of Jairus, it appears he is too late. The report is that the daughter is already dead--but Jesus declares she is only sleeping, to which the crowd response is laughter! Jesus takes the dead girl by the hand, commands her to get up, her Spirit returns to her body, and at once she stands up!

This story teaches us so much. For instance, God’s timing is perfect even if we think he’s got it wrong! It reminds us that Jesus has the power over life and death, and I’ve had first hand experience of the power of God raising a young man back to life in India. But also, Jesus can breath life into hopes, dreams, visions, relationships, families, marriages, finances, where we feared there was only death and decay.
