  • Download the iDisciple app from the iTunes App Store or the Google Play store on your mobile devices. Then create an account from your app (or on our website) and answer a few questions about your interests and lifestyle. iDisciple will create and deliver a menu of personalized content to you each day. You’ll have access to your favorite Christian authors, pastors, and ministries wherever you go.

  • iDisciple has over 300 content providers with daily devotionals, audio and video sermons, articles, blogs, 12 commercial-free music channels, 9 talk radio channels, 6 in-app Bibles, and 4 audio Bibles.   • Anyone with an email address can set up a free account, which allows you to set up a profile, unlimited access to the in-app Bibles, and 3 pieces of content daily. A monthly subscription costs $4.99 and includes the radio feature and unlimited access to all content. You can also purchase an annual subscription at a discounted price of $39.99.

    If you are new, sign in to the website with your email address and password. Then click on the “Upgrade” link in the top right corner next to your name. You will then see the monthly and annual subscription options. You can pay with a credit/debit card or through a PayPal account.

    You can also sign up for a subscription through our app. Once you sign in, select “My Profile” from the main menu, and you will see the buttons to purchase a monthly or annual subscription. The payment will be taken from the account you have set up through the app store on your mobile device.

  • Yes, you may cancel at any time. There are no cancellation fees. To cancel on the website, make sure that you are signed in, then click on your name in the top right corner. Select the “Settings” link and click on “Account Info.” You will see a link to cancel your subscription.

    If you signed up through an in-app purchase, you will need to cancel your subscription through the app store you purchased it from. If you need assistance with an in-app purchase, you can contact Google support for Android devices through this link https://support.google.com/googleplay/?hl=en#topic=3364260 or Apple support at https://support.apple.com/

  • At this time, you can only update your payment information through our website. Make sure that you are signed in, then click on your name in the top right corner and select “Settings.” Then click on the “Payment Info” link, and you can update your payment information. If you are paying through PayPal, make sure your payment information is updated through your PayPal account.   • Yes. You can access your account on an iPad or iPhone, as well as on an Android phone or tablet. Just download the free iDisciple app from the iTunes App Store or Google Play Store and log in to your iDisciple account.

  • You can access your account online, but if you would like to access it on the go, download our app!

  • No. Your email address is only used by iDisciple to manage your account and to provide you with information regarding iDisciple.

  • Visit idisciple.org/giftcard to redeem your iDisciple gift or promotion and then follow these steps:

    1. Scratch off the grey and black area on the back of the card, and make sure that you can read the code clearly. To purchase a digital gift card please visit, www.idisciple.org/purchase/PurchaseGiftCard
    2. If you are signed in, there is a Redeem Gift Card link at the bottom of the page. If you have not signed in, follow step 3.
    3. Go to www.idisciple.org and scroll down the page until you see the “Redeem” button. You can also copy and paste www.idisiciple.org/giftcard in your web browser to go straight to the gift card redemption page.
    4. If you are applying this gift card to an existing account, click the box that states “Apply to existing user.” If not, you can enter your information below to open a new account with your gift card.
    5. There is a link with separate instructions for subscribers who pay for the subscription as an in-app purchase through iTunes or Google Play.
    6. There is also a separate link for gift cards that were purchased before November 6, 2014.
    7. Enter the gift card code.
    8. Once you have correctly entered your gift card code, enter your email address and password. (If you’ve never had an account with iDisciple, please fill out the account details).
    9. Click Redeem.
  • No. iDisciple is an independent division of Family Christian, therefore, only an iDisciple gift subscription card can be used toward your subscription.

  • You will be able to continue accessing your premium account and unlimited content until the last day of your subscription. For example, if you pay on the 15th of every month then your subscription will end on the 15th. Afterwards, you can still sign in and use the free version of iDisciple. The free version allows you to create and maintain a profile, access to the Bible/audio Bible features, and 3 pieces of content daily. The radio feature is only available with the premium subscription.

  • Yes, you must be connected to WiFi or 3G/LTE.

  • iDisciple Music is sourced from Victory 91.5 Christian Music Radio in Atlanta, GA.

  • Yes, just make sure that your device is paired with the Bluetooth device or other wireless device such as Apple TV or Google Home.

  • Yes, iDisciple Music will keep playing as you browse iDisciple. If you’re playing music and open audio or video content, your music will resume once you’ve finished viewing that piece of content. If you close the app, the music will continue to play until you open another app.

  • At this time, you can only change your password or email address through the website. Once you are signed in, click on your name in the top right corner and select “Settings.” Then select “Account Info” and you will see an option to change your password or email address. If you have forgotten your password, check out the “Forgot Password” question in our FAQ.

  • If you are using our website, click on the “Log In” link at the top of the page. You will see a “Forgot Password” link underneath the box where your email address is entered. Enter your email address to have a password reset link sent to your email. If you are using the app, tap the “Log In” button and enter your email address. You will see the “Forgot Password” link appear, and you can tap it to have a password reset email sent to you.
