You Are Not a Failure

We need to concentrate on what God says about us and disregard what the world says about us. Then, our whole outlook on life shall change forever.

This morning I was sent a message from a very dear friend. It read: “Make sure your worst enemy doesn’t live between your own two ears.”

Very profound, like the man who is barring the front door, and the devil walks right in through the kitchen door and wreaks havoc with the family!

We need to protect our minds, Jesus tells us clearly in the Word of God, that the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds .  2 Corinthians 10:4.

You are not a failure. You are not washed up. God does not make junk, so do not allow the evil one or any of his representatives to accuse you of being a loser! My favourite international rugby team is Fiji. Do you know why they are so often 7-aside champions? Well, it’s because they firmly believe what the Bible says about them. Furthermore, they apply it, believe it, and even wear it.

”I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me ” – Philippians 4:13. That scripture verse is printed on their rugby jerseys.

We need to concentrate on what God says about us and disregard the negative words the world says about us… then, our whole outlook on life shall change forever .

Romans 8:31 – “If God is for us , who can be against us?”
