Who Would God Start with Now?

Description

What if Jesus is waiting on us to start a glorious new work? Is there anything that would keep Him from using us in this moment?

When God wanted to begin the human race, He started with Adam.

When God wanted to save the world from a flood, He started with Noah.

When God wanted to start a nation, He started with Abraham.

When God wanted to save Israel from slavery, He started with Moses.

When God wanted to start His church, He started with Peter.

When God wanted to tell the whole world, He started with Paul.

Which brings me to an interesting question: If God wanted to start something new, would He start with you? With me?

What if Jesus is waiting on us to get ready in order to start some glorious new work? What would keep Jesus from using us in this moment? What would cause Him to hesitate to call us to His redemptive work?

What if Jesus is ready whenever we are?
