Sometimes words can cut deep into our hearts! Let's choose to believe the Word of God instead of the hurtful words of others.

Are there negative words people have said to you or about you which have made it feel impossible to believe that God could do great things through you? 

Sometimes words can cut deep into our hearts! Like me, maybe you’ve been wounded by negative comments from people in your past or in relationships you’re in now. Maybe it’s a parent who criticizes us or a friend who rejects us. When we let their harsh words sink into our hearts and stay, it can cause us to believe we’re not worth anything!

That kind of insecurity can make us settle for unhealthy relationships and also keep us from following God’s plan for our lives. I know I struggle with this at times.

You know, maybe it’s time we let God’s word cut deep into our hearts as we choose to believe what He says about us instead of what others say about us.
