What Are You Doing with Your Time?

Description

What are you doing with your time RIGHT NOW? Don’t look at your watch to learn the time; look at your heart.

Ecclesiastes 3:1-2

There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens: a time to be born and a time to die, a time to plant and a time to uproot.

It seems like we are obsessed with time. We have alarms for our alarms and calendars for our calendars. We go to bed at bedtime and wake up in the morning time. We have work time and gym time and family time and quality time. ,

Day after day we run the race to be on time, and then suddenly something happens: a job loss or sickness or death. Then we realize we have wasted a huge amount of time and all that really matters is right now.

Right now is the only time you can control; yesterday is gone and tomorrow is not guaranteed, so what are you doing with your time today? Is there something in your life that needs to be born, something that needs to die? Is there a seed you need to plant or a plant you need to uproot?

Be aware of the time you have and what you are doing with it; God has given you the time you need to do everything you need to do. So don’t look at your watch to tell what time it is; look at your heart.
