"Wait for Me!"

One more little guy grabs a jerry can and rushes to keep up with the big kids on their daily 6K walk for water.

He’s following in the footsteps of 663 million people around the world who lack access to an improved water source. They walk an average of 6K (3.73 miles) a day and spend hours digging for water and carrying it home.

Just getting enough water to cook, drink, and clean, consumes enormous amounts of energy.

You can help carry the load by joining World Vision’s Global 6K Walk for Water on May 6. And you don’t have to carry the water.
