Unity in Prayer

Description

When people centered on His will cry out to Him in unity, God releases His blessings.

"Again I say to you, that if two of you agree on earth about anything that they may ask, it shall be done for them by My Father who is in heaven.” Matthew 18:19

Prayer is a critical mission of the church as a corporate community. The church is sown into the fallen world as salt, and the preservative power for the sin-corrupted world is in the intercessions of God’s people. When they are in conflict, there is cacophony, not concord. Their prayers are hindered. Conflict always stifles communion with God. His ears delight in a symphony, produced when all the instruments are in harmony. When people centered on His will cry out to Him in unity, God releases His blessings.
