Trusting Relationships

Description

What trusted advisors has God given you to help you examine your life and leadership?

Confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The earnest prayer of a righteous person has great power and produces wonderful results (James 5:16).

Examining our lives for evidence of how we have misused our leadership would be difficult, if not impossible, without God’s forgiveness and cleansing power. This habit of ongoing self-examination can only happen within the context of trusting relationships (with both God and others) that allow us to be completely honest.

What things would you choose to do differently if given a second chance? What trusted advisors has God given you to help you examine your life and leadership?
