Transparency

Description
Both the apostle Paul and the apostle John emphasized the necessity of living in the light. What that means is that we can live our lives in the spiritual presence of God the Father, and we can completely share with him what is going on in our lives.
7 Therefore do not be partakers with them;
8 for you were formerly darkness, but now you are light in the Lord; walk as children of light
9 (for the fruit of the light consists in all goodness and righteousness and truth),
10 trying to learn what is pleasing to the Lord—(Eph 5:7-10).
Healthy transparency leads to healthy results. Goodness and righteousness and truth results. And in the process of spiritual transparency, our lives are positively affected and we also can discover what is pleasing to the Lord. Those who live in darkness live a hidden life with secrets. The Christian has the privilege of having no secrets with God and the privilege of the powerful help that comes from his presence.
