The Power of Praying Scripture

Description

Prayer grounded in Scripture challenges and encourages us to trust God in new ways.

One of the greatest untapped resources in leadership is the power of praying for others so that they can hear our prayers, especially as we pray God's Word for them. Prayer grounded in Scripture challenges and encourages us to trust God in new ways. Saturate your mind with Scripture so that you can pray in line with God's Word. Help others to focus on who God is and what His Word says. Help them to see who He is calling them to become. Who needs to hear you pray God's Word over them?

All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.—2 Timothy 3:16-17

Prayer: God, give me opportunities to pray for and with others. Help me to meditate on and memorize Your Word, so that I can pray for others in line with your truth. In Jesus' name I pray, amen.
