The Plan

Description

Trust in God that he has a plan for your life, that he wants to lead you every step of the way.

“For I have a plan for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” Jeremiah 29:11

Each of us has a plan for our lives, and God is the director of that plan. You have great influence over your children; use this time to teach them about God’s sovereignty. Teach them about God’s great love for them and his desire to prosper them, not to harm them. Think about it: if your children can comprehend these truths, what a gift you are giving them. That gift will last a lifetime.

In order to teach this principle that God is in control of all, you as the mom, need to believe it as well. Trust in God that he has a plan for your life, that he wants to lead you every step of the way.

Prayer

Father, thank you for having a plan and that you have a plan for my life and my child’s life. Thank you for allowing me to play a role in guiding my child’s path. God, I pray I will stay close by your side, staying in tune with you. Always bring to my mind to point my children to you, teaching them of your love for them. Amen
