The One Who Never Changes

Description

While we work on ourselves, and as the world tries to draw us into its latest fad, let’s put our faith in the One who never changes.

Hebrews 13:5-8

Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said, “Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you.” So we say with confidence, “The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid. What can mere mortals do to me?” Remember your leaders, who spoke the word of God to you. Consider the outcome of their way of life and imitate their faith. Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.

As we think about who we are, what we like about ourselves and what we don’t, what we want to change and what we want to grow, remember, Jesus doesn’t change.

So while we work on ourselves, while the world tries to draw us into the latest fad, let’s put our faith in the One who never changes. Let’s consider that no matter how much we may change, no matter how much we need to change, He is done.  He’s complete; perfect and available to help us make the changes we need to make inside ourselves.
