The Chest of Treasures

Description

Receive God's only begotten Son, Jesus Christ, into your life and then the chest of treasures is yours.

I have rejoiced in the way of Your testimonies, As much as in all riches. (Psalm 119:14)

God’s covenant is a treasure chest, the riches inside His promises. All can claim God as “Father,” Creator. Only those in covenant with Him know God as Abba, “Daddy.” An individual makes promises to many people—bosses, vendors, or pledges to politicians and charities. But promises to our own children include our lives, legacies and fortunes. Throughout this book, I refer to promises to God’s “covenant people.” You come into this special relationship by receiving God’s only begotten Son, Jesus Christ, into your life. Then the chest of treasures with all its riches is yours, in Christ!
