Strong or Weak
“Behold the eye of the Lord is on those who fear Him, on those who hope for His lovingkindness.”
One thing I’ve found after many years of counseling is that even the strongest of Christians have their weaknesses; and there is nothing unspiritual about admitting them. In fact, few people will seek counsel from “perfect” individuals. Real-life situations need real-life people to appreciate and understand them.
I find that the vast majority of people can handle the situations they face if they understand them, know the limits they can expect, and trust the Lord for His lovingkindness.
Are you trusting the Lord to help you face some situation in your life? Without a doubt, He will provide.
“Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget none of His benefits; . . . who satisfies your years with good things, so that your youth is renewed like the eagle. . . . For He Himself knows our frame; He is mindful that we are but dust” (Psalm 103:2, 5, 14).
