Street Life

A young Syrian refugee collects recyclables to sell to support his family.

Refugee children walk along the roadway daily in a suburb on Zahle, Lebanon, picking up trash. Others, with slightly more resources, purchase packets of tissues or gum to sell to motorists.

Their living conditions are grim and their prospects few.  As breadwinners for their families they have no choice but to leave education behind.

Please pray for Syrian refugees, especially children who have to work to support their families.
