How to find your sweet spot
List your top-20 most significant work, educational, volunteer, and personal activities you have participated in from age 10 to now. Next, review the list and circle the top 3-5 activities that you did best and liked most.

Playing in the right culture
Nothing happens unless you make a decision to discover, uncover and/or recover your sweet spot. That includes doing things that are important to you - that make a difference. Match your values with the culture and team you play with.
Playing on the right platform
There are three platforms on which you can work: W2-employee, 1099-contractor or INC-business owner. Each has distinct advantages and disadvantages - depending on your sweet spot and playing zone. Consider each one and select which is best for you at this time.
