Love is a Verb

Description

The key to satisfaction in life is found in the greatest commandment. It’s all about loving God and loving others.

Then we will no longer be infants… Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will grow to become in every respect the mature body of him who is the head, that is, Christ. From him the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does its work”  Ephesians 4:14-16.

THINK

The key to satisfaction in life is found in the greatest commandment. It’s all about loving God and loving others. But love without action is simply internal emotion. Whereas, love with action is an outward display of devotion!

Do you say you love God? Do you say you love others? Are you showing that love by being intricately involved in the local church? Don’t miss out on the maturity and satisfaction that come through serving, sharing, and sowing into all God is doing here!

PRAY

Thank God for the gifts and abilities He has blessed you with. Ask Him guidance and direction so that you can use those gifts to show your love for Him and others through the church.

ACT

If you are not currently serving in the local church, look for somewhere to begin this weekend. If you are, share with someone the power and satisfaction you have experienced through it!
