Belief in Jesus changes perspective on people, work, leadership and life. We know His plan is perfect for making us more like Him.

Then they asked him, “What must we do to do the works God requires?” Jesus answered, “The work of God is this: to believe in the one He has sent.” John 6:28-29

This verse blows me away. I have come to see that believing in Jesus literally changes everything because it changes our perspective. Belief in Jesus changes our perspective on who we are (our mission and purpose) and whose we are (our audience). Belief in Jesus changes perspective on people, work, leadership and life. Belief in Jesus even changes perspective on the challenges that come. 

When we believe, we know we belong to Him, we know His plan is perfect for making us more like Jesus and we know we are here to glorify God, love God and love people. It’s a simple plan, yet life-changing. The hard part comes when we must align our behavior with our beliefs. What do you believe about Jesus? How has belief in Jesus changed you?
