Listening to the Father's Heart - October 27
Description
Son, I am the creator of all that is beautiful. When you see my creation you see a part of the core of my nature. I created the tiger and the peacock. I created the sunrise and the snowflake. I created the mountain peaks and the flowers over the lush green meadows. I created the seal and the whale and the oceans where they live. When you see all the beauty around you, think of me. I am the great artisan of creation. My creativity is endless. The idea that some could think there is no God is beyond comprehension. Just look around you. Could this have happened on its own? I know that you appreciate the little things, son. You saw the fall leaves and marveled at my color palette with all the reds and yellows complementing each other in a tapestry over the mountain hills and valleys. I love to create beauty and share it with you and all my sons and daughters. I created earth for your enjoyment. I am thrilled when you love it, too.
O Lord, how manifold are Your works! In wisdom You have made them all. The earth is full of Your possessions—Psalms 104:24.
May the glory of the Lord endure forever; may the Lord rejoice in His works. He looks on the earth, and it trembles; He touches the hills, and they smoke. I will sing to the Lord as long as I live; I will sing praise to my God while I have my being. May my meditation be sweet to Him; I will be glad in the Lord—Psalms 104:31-3.
