Son, real faith means you believe a thing has already happened in heaven; you are simply waiting for the manifestation on earth. Real faith requires you to be single-minded, not double-minded. You must believe my intentions for you are good, even though I may require you to trust at levels you never thought possible (1 Cor 10:13). Faith is a form of love. It means you are placing total affections and trust in me to perform on your behalf. Oh how I delight in this. Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not yet seen (Heb 11:1). It means trusting in me even when the fig tree is not blossoming, or when there is no fruit on the vine and the fields yield no food (Hab 3:17). Keep trusting me, son. You will see the manifestation of your persevering faith.
God, who gives life to the dead and calls those things which do not exist as though they did—Romans 4:17.
But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind—James 1:6.
Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor have entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for those who love him—1 Cor 2:9.
