Al contrario de lo que la mayoría de las personas piensan, Dios forma nuestro carácter y liderazgo con las pruebas más pequeñas.
"He who is faithful in a very little is faithful also in much; and he that is unjust in the least is unjust also in much , " Luke 16:10 (NIV).
God uses small things to prove your integrity. Many times we think are difficult situations in life that make a leader - no. The great crises in life show leadership, but leadership is not formed in difficult situations. It takes place in the little things. That's where integrity is shown - in situations that nobody can see, in situations that are hidden. In the small, what one sees in life situations that are not notable, where decisions are not as spectacular, where you do the right things but no one will see.
Great faith and God requires integrity test your integrity in the smallest things.
In Luke 16:10 Jesus says: "He who is faithful in a very little is faithful also in much; and he that is unjust in the least is unjust also in much . " What Jesus is saying is that the blessings that you receive in public, are determined by your private integrity.
Every time a politician is involved in a scandal, you will hear his defenders say: "I really do not care what you do with your private life." Have you ever heard this? "It really does not matter what you do with your private life. It has nothing to do with what you do as a leader. "
But actually it has everything to do! For if a man lies to his wife, he will lie to their voters. Trust me! If he lies to her best friend, who said, "Till death do us part" He also deceive thee! You can count on that!
My public blessing as a leader comes because of private integrity that nobody sees. Your public blessing as a person comes from your private integrity that no one will ever see. God uses those little things to test our integrity.
Reflect on this:
- What are the little things that God has entrusted to you to be guided with integrity?
- How can you deal with things differently minor and those are very important? How does God want you handle that?
