Kingdom Address

Description

Christ’s kingdom is coming, and when it does, it will be an absolute monarchy—a spiritual theocracy of the highest order.

My kingdom is not of this world.”  (John 18:36)

When Christ was on Earth, He said, “My kingdom is not of this world.” If it had been, He could have called a legion of angels to His defense and nobody could have hanged Him on Calvary’s cross.

We know that Satan has power in this realm—at least for the time being. Perhaps it’s to see whether we will be faithful to the Lord.

Peter wrote, “Be all the more diligent to make certain about His calling and choosing you. . .for in this way the entrance into the eternal kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ will be abundantly supplied to you” (2 Peter 1:10-11).

So, Christ’s kingdom is coming, and when it does it will be an absolute monarchy—a spiritual theocracy of the highest order.

I don’t know about you, but I’m looking forward to spending eternity with a loving, kind, and gracious Ruler.

Maranatha!
