Immediate Access

We have direct and immediate access to God the Father. Because of the blood of Jesus, we can approach the Father's throne in confidence.

Is it not amazing that we have direct and immediate access to God? Risen and exalted, Jesus sits at the right hand of the Father. The Holy Spirit, living in us, communicates our needs even when we don't know how to do so. Through the constant and personal ministry of the entire Trinity—Father, Son, and Spirit—we can move confidently into our day.

In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us through wordless groans. And he who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for God’s   people in accordance with the will of God.—Romans 8:26-27

Prayer: God, thank You that I can come into Your presence. Thank you, Jesus, for opening the way to the Father, and thank You, Holy Spirit, for making my needs known moment-by-moment. Father. Work out Your will in and through me today, I pray in Jesus' name, amen.
