Honing Your Leadership

In this passage, you will learn the four dimensions that offer a simple way to evaluate your leadership.

Are you leading like Jesus? The four dimensions of heart, head, hands, and habits offer a simple way to evaluate your leadership. Are you increasingly living by humility and confidence instead of pride and fear? Are you able to articulate a God-honoring vision and set of values? How does your leadership point-of-view compare to God's? Are you increasingly able to identify and respond appropriately to the leadership needs of those around you? What habits support your servant leadership lifestyle?

A person may think their own ways are right, but the LORD weighs the heart.— Proverbs 21:2

Prayer: Lord, I come to You today, asking You to show me what You think of my leadership. More than that, show me the steps I need to take so that, more and more, I lead like Jesus. I don't want to just say the words, I want to live and lead like Jesus did. In His name I pray, amen.
