;

Help of Your Presence

Description

May I practice Your presence in all things and at all times, so that I will walk in Your peace and power in trying times.

God is the help of my countenance and the restorer of my soul.

Why are you downcast, O my soul? Why are you disturbed within me? Hope in God, for I will yet praise Him for the help of His presence. O my God, my soul is downcast within me; therefore I will remember You. Why are you downcast, O my soul? Why are you disturbed within me? Hope in God, for I will yet praise Him, the help of my countenance and my God. (Psalm 42:5-6, 11)

Lord God,

When I am downcast and disturbed, may I quickly turn to You and hold fast to Your perfect character. May I practice Your presence in all things and at all times, so that I will walk in Your peace and power in trying times. I will praise You for the help of Your presence.

Amen.
