Description
"David sang this song to the LORD on the day the LORD rescued him from all his enemies and from Saul. He sang …." 2 Samuel 22:1 (NLT)
What can I add to David’s song? He proclaimed freedom from his enemies in 51 beautiful verses. The same God that rescued David time and time again rescues us. We can sing the song of David! Below are a few of his praises that move me to deep gratitude:

He shrouded Himself in darkness, veiling His approach with dark rain clouds (vs. 11)
He drew me (vs. 16)
He rescued me (vs. 17)
He supported me (vs. 18)
He led me (vs. 19)
He rewarded me (vs. 20)
He restored me (vs. 20)
He armed me (vs. 39)
He gave me victory (vs. 43)
He holds me (vs. 48)
For this, O LORD, I will praise you among the nations; I will sing praises to your name. (vs. 49 NLT)
The LORD lives! Praise to my Rock! May the God of my salvation be exalted! (vs. 46 NLT)
