Greater Than Hunger

Children enjoy a nutritious meal at St. Joseph School in Kuajok, one of many World Vision "food for education" programs in Warrup State, South Sudan.

Sister Margaret, a South Sudanese nun with the Sacred Heart Order of Egypt, is driven, she says, by her faith in Jesus to help the children of South Sudan. Five days a week, she teaches the children at St. Joseph School and makes sure they are well fed with food from World Vision. “We need to work through the small ones,” she says. “To live in peace. To live in harmony. To live in unity. We are here in need of help. Help to make this new generation to love our country.”
