God Wants You to Know
Does it strike you as odd that God chooses to communicate to the extent that He does? Perhaps our human experience with isolated and insulated leaders keeps us from taking advantage of our free access to God and His wisdom. God has made Himself accessible to each one of us, both through Scripture, where we can see Him at work and learn about His character and perspective, and through His Spirit, who lives within us, personally communicating with us. What does God want to communicate to you today? Are you listening?
But the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you.—John 14:26
Prayer: Father, thank You for going to such great lengths to communicate with us. Tune our ears to what You are saying. Make us better listeners, who hear and respond to Your voice. I pray in Jesus' name, amen.
