God's Temple Glory, Part 4

Description

When Jesus returns, in all of His glory, we who are a part of His Kingdom, shall be changed in Him, so that we too may display the glory of God.

When Christ, who is your life, appears, then you also will appear with Him in glory. Colossians 3:4 NIV

Oh, but one day, praise God, we will appear in ALL His glory!

My heart’s desire to display more of the glory of God through my temple of God, which God created at my salvation. To continue with that thought, I want you to know that one day I will shine in all God’s glory! I know, those who know me are surprised. Me too! How could God display Himself fully through me? I don’t know, but its true.

When Jesus returns, in all of His glory, we who are a part of His Kingdom, shall be changed in Him, so that we too may display the glory of God. I don’t fully understand that concept, but I believe it because the Bible says so!

When Jesus appeared to the disciples in the Upper Room, following the Resurrection, there was something different about Him. The doors were locked for fear of the Jews, but Jesus suddenly appeared among them. He startled them at first, and He must have been different in appearance for they didn’t recognize Him at first, but they soon learned it was still Jesus. Over the days He appeared before the ascension, Jesus ate with the disciples, walked and talked with them, and even allowed Thomas to touch His body. Jesus was real, but He was changed.

One day, maybe soon, you and I who believe shall be changed as well! We will see the Lord high and lifted up and we will be like Him. He will share His glory with us (I can’t hardly type those words without goose bumps and tears), and we will be with the Lord forever. You and I, lowly sinners, are Gloryland bound and we will experience one day the glorification of the saints.

Oh, come quickly Lord Jesus!
