Go on with a Positive Outlook
Description
The LORD has done great things for us; We are glad. (Psalm 126:3)
“Some Christians,” wrote Charles Spurgeon, “are sadly prone to look on the dark side of everything, and to dwell more upon what they have gone through than upon what God has done for them.” As you go through, don’t focus on the growling enemies nor the threatening wilderness, but on the promise. Refuse to let past defeats and pains hobble you. Rather, celebrate what God did in bringing you through the crisis. Remember, He did “great things” for you back there. Keep that fact in the center of your vision as you go through, and you will have strength to go on.
