Are you asking God to examine your motives and search your heart and mind?

Leading like Jesus is a daily commitment. On this lifelong journey, each day begins with a mindset focused on serving others and ends with an opportunity to reflect on how we have done. Asking God to examine our motives, to search our hearts and minds, keeps pride from taking root in our hearts and allows God to continually shape us as servant leaders. What does God want to reveal to you about your heart and mind today?

Test me, O Lord, and try me, examine my heart and my mind—Psalm 26:2

Prayer: God, show me what You know about my heart and mind. Show me where I am on this journey and where You want to take me. Give me hope and courage that I can become the person and leader You want me to be. I know I can trust You to tell me the truth and to shape me into a Christ-like servant leader. In Jesus’ Name, amen.
