Since, then, you have been raised with Christ, set your hearts on things above, where Christ is seated at the right hand of God. Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things (Colossians 3:1-2).
Trying to lead like Jesus can be challenging. Developing people is a long process. Teams face challenges in real time. Organizations change only as the individuals within them change.
From a human perspective, leading requires constant attention to an ever-changing landscape. Leaders who follow Jesus take time to get an eternal perspective on their leadership. Where do you need to get an eternal perspective? What difference might an eternal perspective make in your leadership?
