Do you ever avoid the fast-food frenzy by going through the drive-through window and then parking to eat in your car? Hi, I'm Renee Swope with Proverbs 31 Ministries.

That is what I used to do when my boys were toddlers. But now that they are teenagers and we adopted a little girl who is now a busy toddler, I’ve learned a few tricks.

Instead of taking my kids inside and standing in line, I now go through the drive-through window first and then take our food in to eat!

That means I don’t have to place my order while making sure my little girl doesn’t run away and I don’t get indigestion before we ever eat! And by going through the drive-through window first and taking our food inside to eat, everything I need is already in the bags including–napkins, condiments, straws!

This is such small and simple change but boy it’s made a huge difference! And I need all the help I can get as a mom!
