Dream Catch

Ya Nuch, 8, a World Vision registered child, helps her parents every day by putting bait into a net to catch shrimp.

Ya Nuch, a second grader in Cambodia,  dreams of becoming a tailor so she can stay home with her mother. She is the youngest daughter of five children. Her parents are both farmers.

Although the needs in their community are many, her mother has hope for the villagers because of the presence of World Vision and her commitment to World Vision's work.

"In the next five years, I won't be the same. I hope that my community people have better living conditions and that every child is healthy and goes to school until the highest grade," she says.

Psalm 65:11 “You crown the year with your bounty…”

Begin the year with praise to God for every blessing that fuels the hopes and dreams of poor children and parents.
