Don't Let Your Doubts Have the Floor!

Description

Your doubts aren’t a problem for God ... as soon as you entrust them to Him. When you give them to God, you strip them of all influence and all power.

Like everyone, you sometimes start to have doubts: “Does God truly care about me? ... Will He leave me at some point? ... Is He really going to be faithful to me, one more time?” etc.

Doubting is quite natural ... it’s human. But does God condemn you for it? No. Your doubts aren’t a problem for God. They are part of your human nature. Even the disciples, who lived alongside Jesus for three years when He was flesh and blood, doubted at one time or another. Like Peter, who declared with certainty that Jesus was the Messiah, the living Son of God (see the Bible, Matthew 16:16) and yet, earlier had doubted and started to sink. (see Matthew 14:31)

Here’s what you should remember today:

  • Your doubts aren’t a problem for God ... as soon as you entrust them to Him. Don’t keep your doubts to yourself. By keeping them inside, you give them permission to go around and around again in your mind. But when you give them to God, you strip them of all influence and all power.
  • Don’t let your doubts speak ... let God speak! He knows how to reassure you and place His peace inside your heart. I love this verse that says, “Trust in the Lord always, for the Lord God is the eternal Rock.” (Isaiah 26:4, NLT)

Don’t let your doubts have the floor any longer!

Be encourage not to doubt but to trust in God. Lean on Christ today. Count on God, the eternal Rock. He who is solid and unshakeable will bring you the tranquility and peace of mind that you need. Your doubts flee before Him!

Thanks for existing!
