Discover God's True Dream for You!

God desires to reveal “great and mighty things” to you. God wants to walk alongside you like a good Father.

Today, we’re continuing our series on “God’s dream for your life.”

When we’re children, the vision we have of ourselves in the future can sometimes amuse us later. For example, “When I grow up, I want to be an astronaut, explorer, ballerina …” Another young man answered the question thusly: "When I was six years old, my teacher asked me what I’d like to be when I grew up, and I answered ... the President of France! Which made everyone in my first grade class keel over in laughter."

Perhaps you, too, have a similar story. Our past desires and our present realities likely are quite different! In the same way, we can have dreams which are “good” but not necessarily the Father’s will for us.

Long before you were born, your Creator had dreams for you (see the Bible, Ephesians 2:10). He wove them into your DNA as you were conceived. Discover God’s plan for your life today. Go on a search for it!

God says, “‘Call to Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know.’’' (according to the Bible, Jeremiah 33:3)

God desires to reveal “great and mighty things” to you. These are hidden things. His desire is certainly not to watch you from high above in the heavens, saying, “I’m going to see if My child figures out all by him/herself what he/she was created for.” No! God wants to walk alongside you like a good Father. He longs to speak to you, reveal what He wants for you, and unveil the dream that’s in His heart for your life.

So, be encouraged to ask God to reveal to you His dream for your life.

Thanks for existing!
