Deuteronomy 1

A tour of Deuteronomy 1with Ken Boa.

After an additional 38 years of wilderness wandering, the new generation of Israelites needed to be prepared spiritually, morally, and physically to conquer the promised land. Near the end of his life, Moses taught the people in the plains of Moab and communicated God’s ordinances, statutes, and testimonies a second time. Moses began his series of exhortations by reviewing God’s dealings with His people since their time at Mount Sinai after the Exodus. He focused on the tragedy of disbelief at Kadesh and the consequences that followed.

Reading of Deuteronomy 1
