Reflections

We are all sinners, and sometimes it feels like our sin is bigger than God’s ability to forgive. The trouble with sin is that it allures you and then shames you. And you are left hurting, guilty, and worried that you will never be enough.

This song reminds us of the Gospel truth—you are never beyond repair. You cannot out-sin what Jesus did on the cross. Nothing really makes you feel loved like when someone loves your imperfection. Jesus takes that a step farther by loving you deeply, even when you sin, and loving you enough to take that punishment on His own back and setting you free from all your sins.
