Biblical Perspective

Description

Developing a biblical perspective, a godly perspective, is an intentional process.

The world is full of voices that clamor for attention. Servant leaders need to be able to discern God’s voice in the midst of the noise surrounding us. Developing a biblical perspective, a godly perspective, is an intentional process. How do you recognize God’s voice? How can you saturate your mind with God’s truth so that your leadership perspective increasingly reflects God’s wisdom?

Send forth your light and your truth, let them guide me; let them bring me to your holy mountain, to the place where you dwell (Psalm 43:3).

Prayer: God, thank You for the Scriptures that incorporate Your light and truth. Thank You for Jesus, who reveals Your light and truth through His words and life. Give light to my eyes so that I can see Your truth and tune my ears to hear Your voice as You speak to me through the Scriptures and through Your Spirit. Shape my thinking so that I reflect Your perspective. In Jesus’ name, amen.
