If you have a problem, seek good counsel

Before bed, drain your brain of negative thoughts

When you wake, fill your mind with very positive words

Giant steps forward

Finally exercise your personal power, love, and sound judgment. Be thinking of how you can help those around you. Soon, you will be converting jitters into giant steps forward.
