Don’t concentrate on what you don’t have. Concentrate on what you do have. Give it all to Jesus. He will make it enough.
Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. “Test me in this,” says the LORD Almighty, “and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that you will not have room enough for it.” MALACHI 3:10
When Jesus asked Philip to take care of the lunch needs of the five thousand people gathered to hear Him, Philip was appalled. He said, “Eight months’ wages would not buy enough bread for each one to have even a bite!” (John 6:7).
But then Andrew, Simon Peter’s brother, spoke up: “Here is a boy with five small barley loaves and two small fish, but how far will they go?” (John 6:8 – 9).
Without realizing it, Andrew had found the key to the storehouse of God’s ample supply. When he offered Jesus a few loaves and fish, he was offering Jesus everything he had.
What is it you have to offer? A little bit of your time? A little bit of your love? A little bit of your money? A little bit of faith? Don’t concentrate on what you don’t have. Concentrate on what you do have.
Give it all to Jesus. He will make it enough.
