A Stunning Revelation

Trust in Jesus as the Lord and Savior of your life so that you can be sure of a joyous reunion with Him.

“Then they will see the Son of Man coming in clouds with great power and glory.” (Mark 13:26)

I learned about the second coming of Christ as a child. One thing that puzzled me was hearing that everybody would see Jesus as He arrived. This just didn’t seem possible because I knew the world was round. And there’s no way those of us in America would be able to see Him if He came again somewhere in the Middle East. The earth would block our view!

Well, that was before CNN and the Internet! Before we were able to witness live, breaking international news events anywhere in the world. With the development of worldwide news, my question about how all could see Jesus is now irrelevant. Now, I understand.

But my question about seeing His return is not nearly as important as this one: will you be ready for His return? The next time you see Jesus—be it upon your death or upon His return—will it be a joyous reunion or a moment of stunned realization that you missed your chance and are now facing the judgment of God? You can be sure of a joyous reunion if you know Jesus as Savior and Lord.

Please, if you haven’t already trusted Jesus as the Lord and Savior of your life, do it before it’s too late, when all the world will see Him “coming in clouds with great power and glory.”
