A Home, a Refuge

Description

Iraqis who fled fighting in their communities have settled in camps in the Kurdish Region of Iraq. Aid groups like World Vision are providing the necessities of life, including food, shelter, water, and household goods.

More than 65 million people around the world have been from their homes due to conflict and insecurity, the most since World War II, according to UNHCR.

Most remain displaced within their home countries, but about 21.3 million people are refugees.
