I just couldn’t resist filming another video for you so you could hear in my voice and see my eyes that I’m preaching to myself here. And maybe, just maybe it speaks to your soul, too? This video is all about when life gets complicated, frustrating or when suffering is at your doorstep. I in no way want to seem trite about suffering. But rather, to keep our perspective in check when we become hyper focused on our rights, needs, wants, agenda.

If then you have been raised with Christ, seek the things that are above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. Set your minds on things that are above, not on things that are on earth. ~Lord, give me the words of praise and eternal perspective to worship You in this place when my flesh tells me to look inward toward my own selfish needs, wants, perspective…

~Lord, give me the passion to pursue your glory and greater good of the Kingdom because I don’t want to miss the chance to partner with You in redemption and restoration…

~Lord, forgive me when I make it all about me…
