Keeping Sane in This Season of Singleness
Alone, Not Lonely

When it comes to relationships, we often have a plan in our heads about the way we think our life should go, but it doesn’t always work out that way. If you are single, if you are waiting for a relationship, or if you are content where God has you right now, you can trust Him to make you feel fulfilled and happy. He can move in your life in such a way that you will be able to be alone, but not lonely. The following post will help you recognize that God is with you, and He has a plan for you that only He can fulfill.

"Alone Forever?" by Dale Beaver

Pray
God, my life hasn’t really turned out the way I thought it would, but I trust that You are with me. I know that wherever You send me You’ll be there, too. Help me to trust that You will enable me to do what You ask me to do.

Reflect
Am I faithfully trusting God with my current situation? Do I really trust Him to take care of me?

Respond
Renew your commitment to Jesus, recognizing that you are complete in Christ and that God is faithful to take care of you.

God wants to lavish His favor on you when you are living in obedience to His will for your life. Being single isn’t an excuse to wait to serve God. It is the best time you have to listen and obey. God is with you. He wants His best for you, and He will send you where He has already made a way for you. God is your most faithful partner, as the next post explains.
