Overview

You don’t have to be in business to be a leader. You don’t even have to be a supervisor; you can lead a family, a volunteer team, or a school group. You can lead anyone, anywhere, informally or formally in teams. As a leader, you influence more people than you might think, so it makes sense to learn how to use that influence and your leadership to represent your Christian values and beliefs.

The ultimate example for leadership is found in the life of Jesus, and we can model His behavior to lead and develop the people around us. By applying the leadership principles of the Bible in everyday life, it will help you become deliberate and intentional about the way you lead people and help them become the best they can be.

We have gathered some great material in this 7-lesson Growth Plan to help you become a better leader and transform from being the one who is led into the leader you were born to be.
