It’s easy to get distracted by the busyness of the world and miss your purpose. The world is loud and begs you to chase after things that really don’t matter from a Kingdom perspective. So how do you know what things are a part of your purpose? What should you focus on? This post encourages you to focus on God, making Him the center of all you do. When you do, you will be able to discern your purpose in life.
TRB - One-on-One Devotion with Pastor Jonathan Falwell 272-What's Your focus
Deuteronomy 4:29
Father, I earnestly seek You and Your purpose for me. Help me work towards what You want me to be.
How do I need to adjust my life to focus more on God and align with His purpose for me?
Begin aligning your life with what God is calling you to do and where He wants you to be. If you aren’t focusing on God every day, begin there.
You have to be intentional about your focus and your life when you are seeking purpose. It doesn’t just happen by accident. By seeking God and His direction, and making Him the center of your focus, you’ll be able to take steps every day towards fulfilling your purpose. God made you uniquely qualified for the purpose He designed for you, equipping you with the abilities and skills you need, as you’ll discover in the next post.
