God wants you to live a life that is full of purpose—Kingdom purpose. Your life is meant to help others and glorify God. With this in mind, God has already created special work for you to do, specifically matched to your unique skills and talents. You can discover these tasks by focusing on God and allowing Him to engineer your circumstances. Then you will know what to do and where to use the skills He has given you for Kingdom work. This is key for finding your purpose, as Ron Blue explains.
"God Has a Work Prepared for You" by Ron Blue
Jeremiah 29:11
Lord, I give You my day, each and every day. Arrange the circumstances that bring me opportunities to do the work You have prepared for me to do.
Am I more focused on what I want to happen, or am I open to accepting God’s divine appointments for the works He has prepared for me?
This week, start managing your days to allow God the time to engineer your circumstances and to bring you the work He has for you.
God created you for a purpose, He equipped you for that purpose, and He has work for you within that purpose. When you make it a habit to give your day to God, allowing Him to arrange your appointments, you will have more opportunities to participate in the purpose He designed for you. So now there is nothing holding you back from your purpose… or is there? The next post will make you think about what might keep you from fulfilling your purpose.
