Worship is not something to be saved for Sunday. It’s an act that should permeate your life. Since you have access to God at all times because of what Jesus did, you can stand in the presence of God and give Him your praise whenever you want. If you have a lifestyle of worship—acknowledging and praising God for everything in your life—you can glorify Him in everything you say and do. This also opens a discussion about the things you do that don’t honor God. This post will help you put this in perspective.
"Constant Worship" by Jonathan Falwell
Psalm 66:4
Father, You have been so good to me. You have given me all the good things in my life. You have pursued me with a passion. Let everything I do bring praise and worship to Your holy name.
Do I praise God in all my ways?
Keep an attitude of praise and worship all day, every day, constantly acknowledging the goodness of God in your life.
We are blessed to have access to God at all times through the sacrifice of Jesus in the power of the Holy Spirit. This allows us to worship God whenever we want. This is important for our daily relationship and faith. But it is also important to worship God in a group setting—in a church service or Bible study—as you’ll see in the next post.
